Cortex ("we", "us", or "our") is a meeting transcript management tool operated by Agile Outfitters. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Your email address and password (for account access)
• Meeting transcripts and summaries you create within the app
• Custom prompt names and content you define

3. We Do Not Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or meeting content with any third parties — ever. Your transcripts and summaries are private to your account and are never used for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose outside of delivering the Cortex service to you.

4. AI Processing

When you generate a summary, your transcript is sent to Google's Gemini API solely to produce the summary you requested. This is done on your behalf and is not used to train models or retained by us beyond the API call.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to your account only. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete any transcript, summary, or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all of your data is permanently removed from our systems.
